Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
3Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of dk688 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. Closing Your Account

4Deposits and Withdrawals

5Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering Requirements

Bonus Abuse and Misuse

6Gameplay and Fair Play
All games on dk688 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG and are not influenced, manipulated, or predetermined by dk688 or any of its software providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are independently tested and verified by third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP values represent theoretical averages over a statistically significant number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
In the event of a technical fault, system error, or disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined by dk688's game server logs, which are the authoritative record of all game activity. If a malfunction renders a game unable to produce a valid outcome, the affected round will be voided and any wagers placed during it will be returned to the player's balance. dk688 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from a player's own connection failure or device malfunction.
Game Disputes

7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dk688. Any player found to have engaged in any of the activities listed below will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

8Account Suspension and Closure by dk688
dk688 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent time; (c) the player's account activity gives rise to a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct; (d) the player has been identified as a minor or as an individual who registered using a minor's identity; (e) dk688 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or (f) continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable legal or reputational risk to the platform.
Where an account is closed following a finding of prohibited conduct or breach of these Terms, any remaining balance, including deposited funds and pending winnings, may be forfeited in full. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, net of any applicable deductions.
